JOB DESCRIPTION
Seplat Energy Plc is inviting applications from young, talented, and ambitious graduates for the 2024 Graduate Trainee Scheme (GTS). The GTS is an intensive program designed to attract, develop, and retain top-class graduates through a combination of on-the-job training and structured learning programs. This scheme aims to equip candidates with the necessary skills and experience to thrive in a challenging business environment, unleashing their full potential in a rewarding work setting.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) division.
- O' Level Requirements: A minimum of 5 O' Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained at one sitting.
- NYSC Requirement: Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and a strong appetite for learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of proactivity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Digital awareness.
