based in Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager
to join their team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, expand
the customer base, and deliver exceptional customer service within the
food industry. This role requires a motivated and results-oriented
professional with a strong track record in sales and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and enhance existing accounts by providing top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
