JOB DESCRIPTION

Fan Milk Nigeria is a famour company in distribution of fermented frozen milk. Their strong distribution network cover most of Nigeria. From major distribution centres, mini distribution centres, depots, agents, franchise holders, Fan Milk products are channelled to our teeming customers across the length and breadth of the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Matching of Vendors’ invoices with Purchase Order(PO) and Good Inward Note(GIN) and Job Completion for:

1. Posting of Repairs and Services and Non LPO invoices
2. Invoicing of Engineering Good Inwards Note
3. Invoicing of local raw & packing materials and other local purchases.
4. Prepare Bank Payment Voucher and payment advice
5. Monthly reconciliation
6. Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out).
7. Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures
8. Paying vendors by scheduling pay and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit;
9. Account analyses & reports
10. Continuing to improve the payment process

QUALIFICATION FOR THIS JOB
Minimum university degree or equivalent in Accountancy or related field. Student membership of relevant professional body ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS
I.T skills: Microsoft office tools
Ability to handle confidential information
Good numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.e
