JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure high level of Customer centric attitude to provide resolution to customer concerns
2. Ensure that calls are answered within defined threshold of 20 seconds
3. Handle Customers compliant, request and queries via inbound calls
4. Emphasis on first level trouble shooting and concern redressal
5. Maintain and build lasting customer relationships by ensuring concern attended are resolved
6. Build customers’ interest in products and services for all queries been attended
7. Validate customers’ contact details and share update require with supervisor
8. Ensure relevant communication, records and data are updated and recorded
9. Identifies and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to appropriate department
10. Prepare daily activities reports and share with TL / Supervisor and HOD

QUALIFICATION FOR THIS JOB

1. Qualification: Relevant company experience preferred, Graduate / Post Graduate
2. Experience: 1-3 years
3. Language Speaking: Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and English
4. Computer knowledge
5. Internet and Tech savvy
6. Customer query resolving skills
7. Sales Acumen
8. Customer focus
9. Excel knowledge (Must)
