JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To manage the delivery of Implementing Monitoring Solutions to Vodafone Local Markets

Accountablities:

1. •Drive the Implementation, Integration and configuration of the different end to end monitoring tools within Central monitoring platform tools stack.
2. •Acts as an Implementation Technical Reference for the Stakeholders in regards to the projects implementation delivery 
3. •Build the Implementation plan and take care of dependencies
4. •Facilitate any Implementation blocking issues.
5. •Risk Assessment and communication to different stakeholders specially to the program management 
6. •Forecast resources allocation and Capacity planning 
7. •Coaching the Implementation team
8. •Manage Several Complex Projects at the same time 
9. •ensures that the right processes are followed by all project managers in the same program

Competencies:

1. •Project Management Experience
2. •Stakeholder Management 
3. •Awareness of HP Monitoring Tools capabilities
4. •Unix/Linux/Oracle/Windows systems administration
5. •Network management/Administration skills

KPIs:

1. •Set and maintain implementation plans and implementation progress updates with the Local Market Project Manager
2. •Responsible of managing and assigning tasks for different suppliers, 3rd parties, and COE engineering resources
3. •Maintaining Technical RAAID log in specific to Buildand operate phase along with the Local market PM

QUALIFICATION FOR THIS JOB:

1. •B.S Computer Science or Computer or Telecommunications Engineering Required.
2. •3+ Years’ experience in a similar role working with large scale monitoring platforms
3. •Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines.
4. •Knowledge of OSS/BSS architectures a plus & Telecommunications experience preferred
5. •Collaborates with the solution architect, tools engineers, business analysts and program managers in order to determine the technical direction, system design and implementation plan. 
6. •Weekly Customer Review and Program Review Meetings
