JOB BRIEF
Attend customer enquiries/complaints – Maintain good customer relations This role is location specific and is open to ONLY people who reside in the stated locations (Aba/Abeokuta/Calabar/Edo/Ondo/Bayelsa)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attention to all issues identified by a client using product knowledge
2. Provide support to the Business Development Team within your location
3. Ensure timely and factual communication with clients
4. Prompt resolution of all complaints received and escalate where necessary

QUALIFICATION FOR THIS JOB

1. Minimum – B.Sc, HND
2. At least 1 – 5 years experience

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

1. Data Analystics
2. Good Interpersonal skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
5. Good multitasking capabilities
6. Attention to detail
