We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

POSITION 1: Dispatch Rider
Organisation: NASCON Allied Industries Plc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Record and maintain all dispatch documents (such as dispatch log book records and consignment notes)
2. Ensure proper documentation of collection and delivery of goods by appropriate individuals
3. Ensure motorcycle is roadworthy and abide by the required rules for riding motorcycle
4. Perform routine maintenance on bikes, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Relevant Senior High School Certificate or OND is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years on the job experience.
3. Riders card permit required
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
5. Must have good knowledge of Lagos metropolis road networks
6. He or She must reside around Ikeja and it’s environ.

POSITION 2: Civil Engineer
Organization: NASCON Allied Industries Plc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate activities of sub-contractors, crafts people and operatives at construction sites
2. Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations, ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
3. Agree price of materials making cost-effective solutions and proposals for projects
4. Manage, monitor and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
5. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
6. Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
7. Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
8. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
9. Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site
10. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. B.Sc Degree, or M.Sc degree Architecture, Building Design or equivalent.
2. 5+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering or Project Management role
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Environmental/ industry analysis
6. Relevant professional certifications e.g. Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE), The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) The Nigerian Academy of Engineering is an added advantage.

POSITION 3: Draftsman
Organization: NASCON Allied Industries Plc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs. visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary
2. Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures1 based on preliminary concepts. sketches, engineering calculations. specification sheets and other data
3. Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using Computer- Assisted Drafting (CAD) equipment and software
4. Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists on construction projects
5. Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect’s supervision
6. Determine procedures arid instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials
7. Analyze technical implications of architecVs design concept. calculating weights. volumes. and stress factors
8. Reproduce drawings on copy machines or trace copies of plans and drawings, using transparent paper or cloth. ink, pencil, and standard drafting instruments

POSITION 4: Plant Accountant
Organisation: NASCON Allied Industries Plc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Post payment vouchers aid document all plant account related file
2. Preparation of plant schedules including – Imprest, haulage retirement ship discharge
3. Compilation of plant reports including production, haulage deliveries (supervising the costing officer)
4. Daily monitoring of stock movement to include raw materials and finished goods
5. Ensure adequate and timely financial provisions are made every month
6. Active participation in stock take and report variance for the plant
7. Authorize and supervise daily posting of financial transactions in the system
8. Monitor actual expenditure against budget
9. Reconciliation of Salt shipment creditors
10. Preparation of standing charges for authorization
11. Analyzing personnel cost and numbers
12. Assist in preparation of monthly report

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

Qualification/ Experience

1. B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred
2. 5+ years’ experience in similar role
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

POSITION 5: HR & Admin Manager

POSITION 5: Regional Commercial Manager
Organization: NASCON Allied Industries Plc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Regularly review with the Area/Field sales Managers/Field Sales Officers to ensure that their performance and contribution are in line with the overall objective of the company
2. Develop and manage operational field sales force in line with the performance management plan
3. Drive distributor and territory management best practices within the region
4. Effective management and control of allocated trade funds (total trade spent)
5. Implementing marketing plans to ensure market share gains or greater market penetration and numeric distribution in the regions
6. Manage selling and other general administration expenses
7. Prepare monthly regional report and prepare accurate forecast for the region
8. Managing existing customer base, resolving customer complaints
9. Conduct market research and collate monthly reporting report.
10. Supervision of trade fairs and trade market activities

POSITION 6: Forklift Operator
Organisation: NASCON Allied Industries Plc


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate a forklift in our central warehouse to transfer products and other cargo in ar of storage
2. Inspect forklift and work area for potentially dangerous safety problems and promptly supervisors of any potential issues
3. Carry out hourly, daily and weekly checks to ensure the quality of products transferred is maintained and inventory organized
4. Perform routine and as needed maintenance on forklift and related machinery used during the course of business
5. Maintain a clean and safe work area and undergo regular reviews to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
6. Ensure all assigned inventory in the warehouse are organized and complies wit safety, housekeeping, quality and logistics requirements
7. Strict adherence to all HACCP warehouse practices requirements.

POSITION 7: Field Sales Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage business relation with existing customer base while prospecting new customer
2. Resolving customer complaints/needs
3. Direct selling, ensuring availability and visibility of products in all retail outlets
4. Provide customer support services in such a way as to promote customer satisfaction and motivation
5. Effective monitoring of market practices by retailers to ensure compliance with sales policy guidelines and agreed selling prices
6. Carry out qualitative and quantitative market survey
7. Accurate and timely information dissemination and reports- administration
8. Effective implementation of trade and consumer promotional activities
9. Preparation of districts’ sales forecast and periodic reviews at sales objectives

POSITION 8: Fraud and Forensic Audit Manager
Organization: NASCON Allied Industries Plc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement compans fraud policy
2. Execute fraud nsk assessment and develop preventive measures based on identified risks.
3. Carry out digital forensic audit
4. Prepare investigation reports for management
5. Provide monthly reports of fraud and investigation to Management
6. Investigate cornptrter frauds and conduct forensic data analysis using audit software (AC IDEA etc)
7. Preparation of forensic evidence (computer and financial evidence) in a legally admissible format
8. Provide litigation support
9. Undertakes periodic nsk assessment of various departments and advice the Head Internal Audit of potential internal control threats and recommend appropriate control measures.
10. Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Head, Internal Audit Department from lime to time.
