Simeons Pivot Resources – Our client who is into Real Estate and Facility Management, is recruiting currently for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Development Officer





JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
2. Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
4. Display and market real property to possible buyers
5. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
6. Maintain and update listings of available properties
7. Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
8. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
9. Develop, design and implement business plan strategy
10. Responsible for the formulation of market penetration plan and execution of the marketing program of the company
11. Build strong relationship with existing clients and provide on time service to urgent issues.
12. Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
Required Skills and Competencies

1. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
2. Knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
3. Negotiation skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Positive attitude
6. B.Sc/HND and 2 to 3 years work experience in a real estate company.

REMUNERATION
N60,000 per month
