We are looking for a Operations Specialist, who can manage supply in Abuja, which means training and coaching hundreds of new drivers. This is one of the key roles in Taxify in any city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support all Taxify's business operations in Nigeria
2. Onboard new drivers to Taxify's platform
3. Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed where and when
4. Create loyal fans by handling customer queries like a boss
5. Train & monitor drivers to ensure quality service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. You have ~2 years experience in sales / analytical position
2. You're a great communicator
3. You're a real pro at sales (cold-calling, F2F, negotiations)
4. You have a data-driven analytical mindset (Excel skills)
5. You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
6. You have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or other analytical subject
7. You have excellent spoken and written English
8. You're passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing

You’ll get extra credit for:

1. Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company
2. Experience in product launches or running a business
