JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
2. Informing customers about bank products and services.
3. Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information are accurate and complete.
4. Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
5. Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
6. Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
7. Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

REQUIREMENT FOR THIS JOB

1. OND in any field (Lower Credit)/NCE in any field (Upper Credit)
2. Cash handling experience
3. Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
4. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
6. Strong communication and people skills
7. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
