Qualifications

1. Experienced Analysts with interest in real estate and problem-solving using technology.
2. Create compelling data visualizations, integrating company’s proprietary research data to support business development.
3. Collate, analyse and present real estate trends and information for client support, report production and internal analysis.
4. Support Strategy Consulting and Advisory projects and ensure data excellence within our proprietary database, and regularly audit and refine datasets.
5. Must be willing to travel across African cities to understand local markets and produce relevant real estate research data.
