JOB DESCRIPTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inspection of vehicles and equipment to detect abuse, damage or mechanical malfunction.
2. Ensure compliance with OEM recommended preventive, routine and corrective maintenance are always in place during operations
3. Prepare reports on investigations / inspections and actions taken.
4. Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule.
5. Advising managers on cost-effective ways to perform maintenance and repairs.
6. Conduct visual inspections of emission control equipment.
7. Keeping an inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and parts.
8. Independently carry out Diagnostic test using ET or with suitable diagnostic tools and prepare a report.
9. Proactively performing structural maintenance and keeping grounds neat.
10. Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing repairs.
11. Obtaining approval for purchasing maintenance tools, materials, or replacement parts
12. Supervising the maintenance team.
13. Following prescribed safety regulations at all times.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
Qualification and Experience

1. B.Sc / B.Tech (Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile)
2. 5 -8 yearsТ experience in reputable organisation
3. Must be physically fit
