  Pearldrops Healthcare Staffing - Our client, a Community Pharmacy requires the services of suitable candidates to fill the post of Pharmacy Technician / Trainee



JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Work under the supervision of a pharmacist in preparing prescription and giving medications.
2. Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, answering questions and requests, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.
3. Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
4. Organises medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions.
5. Maintains records by recording and filing physicians’ orders and prescriptions.
6. Ensures medication availability by delivering medications to patients
7. Maintains confidentiality of patients’ information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Good oral and written communication skills, problem solving and good team player.
4. Self-motivated and good attitude to work, flexible and organised.
5. Maintains honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times.
6. Ability to use computer for daily operations is essential but not mandatory.
7. Good telephone etiquette.
