   1 Hundred HR Consult - Our client, a Start-up Finance and Investment company, operating from Abuja, Nigeria is seeking to engage the services of a smart professional to fill the position below:


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Competent knowledge of cooperate finance, valuations and accounting;
2. Nascent industry/ sector knowledge, understands key industry trends, valuation metrics in selected sectors;
3. Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions;
4. Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts;
5. Supervise investment and raise funds for business;
6. Study, analyzes and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
Candidate Profile and Competency

1. Background in Accountancy, Finance (B.Sc) or any other related field (ACCA CFA);
2. A minimum of three (3) years experience in the same capacity;
3. Strong analytical skills and competence in financial modeling, must be at ease with complex models
4. Excellent command of office tools, in particular Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word;
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Shows initiative, and is proactive in all tasks;
7. Demonstrate commitment to ethical standards and has high level of integrity;
8. Experience in capital and fund-raising;
9. Leadership, Financial accounting and corporate finance competence;
10. Ability to analyze and convert data to actionable plans.
