JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Paying of local suppliers
2. Disbursement of petty cash for various approved vouchers
3. Creating bills in zero software, capturing all financial transaction in accounting software
4. Reconciling of petty cash voucher
5. Bank reconciliation by matching bank and credit card transaction
6. Drafting of bank letter
7. Collecting of bank statement
8. Transferring of salary advancement for staff on the 15th of each month
9. Paying of staff salaries at the end of the month
10. Issuing of payment voucher
11. Regular visitation to the bank to drop letters and give instruction
12. Going to the fuel station to purchase fuel with the driver
13. Buying and exchanging of foreign currency
14. Reconciling credit card
15. Export/import process
