   Popham Walter Odusote (PWO) was formed in 2001 as a Nigeria limited company in a joint venture of OOP Consultants (OOP) in Lagos (founded in 1982) and Popham Walter Architects (PWA) in the US (founded in 1981) to bring high-quality architectural and engineering services to the oil and gas industry, to government, and to other prestigious interests in Nigeria and West Africa.


POSITION 1: Human Resource Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
2. Candidates should possess 10-15years experience.

POSITION 2: Quantity Surveyor

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. NIQS & RICS is essential,
2. Should have 10-15 years work experience

POSITION 3: Accountant / Finance Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess 15 – 20 years’ experience,
2. ACCA, ACA, ACITN are essential

POSITION 4: Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess an MBA, PMP, PRINCE2
2. Should possess 10 – 15 years experience,
3. Should have leadership skill

POSITION 5: Team Leader and HR and Institutional Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess an MSC/MBA in Business Administration & management, Engineering, Economics or Social Science
2. Should possess at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of water supply reforms and design and implementation of organizational reforms and water utility management contracts (such as PPP in the form of service contract) in developing countries.
3. A prior exposure to working with Nigerian States and knowledge of Nigerian relevant laws will be an added advantage. ACIPM is compulsory.

POSITION 6: Financial Management and Cost Control Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess an MBA in Finance & ACA.
2. Candidate must have at least 8 years work experience in Financial management and cost control in donor funded projects.
3. A prior exposure to working with Nigerian States and knowledge of Nigerian relevant laws will be an added advantage.

POSITION 7: Policy and Legal Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess a PHD or LLM.
2. A Public Policy expert with at least 10 years work experience in policy development and implementation in institutions and knowledge of working with donor funded projects in developing countries.
3. A prior exposure to working with Nigerian States will be an added advantage.

POSITION 8: Water Supply Revenue Improvement and Commercial Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. A Second degree in Finance or any other relevant discipline
2. Should possess at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of water supply projects in developing countries.
3. He/she must have knowledge on water utility revenue improvement, commercial and financial operations and development of financial model.
4. Knowledge of working with donor funded projects in developing countries and prior exposure to working with Nigerian States will be an added advantage.

POSITION 9: O&M Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. A Second Degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline
2. Should have at least 10 years work experience in operation and maintenance activities related to water supply infrastructure projects in relevant sectors in developing countries.
3. He/she must have knowledge in preparation of relevant O&M Manuals and requirements for water supply infrastructural management.
4. A working experience with donor funded projects and prior exposure to Nigerian States will be an added advantage.

POSITION 9: Change Management and Capacity Building Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess an MSC/MBA in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics
2. Should have at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of change management and capacity building programs for water utilities in developing countries.
3. A working experience with donor funded projects and prior exposure to Nigerian States will be an added advantage.
4. Relevant professional certification is a must.

POSITION 10: Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. Should possess a Second Degree in Engineering or Economics
2. Should have at least 10 years work experience in monitoring & evaluating water utilities in developing countries.
3. A working experience with donor funded projects and prior exposure to Nigerian States will be an added advantage. Relevant professional certification is a must.

POSITION 11: Architect

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

1. A Good and Creative Architect, with minimum of 15 years experience,
2. ARCON and NIA is compulsory,
3. Use of REVIT & AUTOCAD is vital.
