ABOUT THE COMPANY

   Hamilton Lloyd and Associates - Our client, a Non-governmental organisation, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates for the post of  Software Developer


JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Duration: 3 Months


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, test and implement new software program.
2. Gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models.
3. Participate in design meetings and consult with clients, technical partners to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs.
4. Directing system testing and validation procedures.
5. Directing software programming and documentation development.
6. Responsible for smooth running of CRM and IVR
7. Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes and User Interfaces
8. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
9. Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
10. Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages
11. Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
12. Resolve complex technical design issues
13. Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
14. Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
15. Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
16. Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested
17. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years related experience
3. Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
4. Knowledge of customization of CRM
5. Knowledge of IVR
6. The desire to work in fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
8. Creativity is always a plus.
9. Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
10. Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
11. Deep programming language knowledge
12. Ability to work with JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, HTML, BOOTSTRAP, CSS, PHP.
