JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence/Data Trainee to join our team. This trainee program is designed for early-career professionals with a strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, and data-driven decision-making. Based on skill sets, selected candidates will be placed in functional areas such as Growth, Credit Risk, Data Science, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence over a period of 3-6 months. The top trainees will be offered full employment upon successful completion of the program.

Trainees will have significant responsibilities and will work directly with Heads of Departments on critical business areas. All projects will be technical and will require a high level of analysis and automation.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in a startup, fintech, or financial industry post-NYSC.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong numerical/data skills or programming/coding experience (SQL, Retool, Python, R, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Qlikview).
• Familiarity with data wrangling, processing, and visualization concepts and best practices.
• Ideal candidates will be PRIMED: Passionate, Resourceful, Intellectual, Maverick, Execution-focused, and Data-Driven.

REMUNERATION

• Expected remuneration is N250,000 net monthly.
