JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the execution of finance processes, ensuring optimal fund accounting records and regulatory compliance.
• Provide business-specific analysis, operations support, and troubleshooting through reconciliations for the finance and portfolio teams.
• Prepare and analyze financial information in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including reconciliations, accounting, and payments processing.
• Support regulatory activities and prepare reports for decision-making within the finance and portfolio management teams.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

• A first degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields from a reputable institution.
• 1-3 years of experience in related fields, with experience in fund accounting as an added advantage.
• Must have passed at least the Skills level of ICAN/ACCA professional exams; CFA is an added advantage.
• Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; self-starter with attention to detail.

REPORTING LINE
Reports to the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Portfolio Manager.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary ranges between N450,000 - N650,000 monthly net.
