JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant/Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will handle financial accounting, auditing, and analysis tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in financial records.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
• Provide training and support to accounting staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
• Professional certification in accounting or auditing is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
