JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and accounting of stored cargo and export goods.
• Collaborate with Export Documentation Officers, freight forwarders, and shipping terminals to meet regulatory requirements, including customs and export controls.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to track and report goods-in-transit.
• Prepare and retire operational expenses in compliance with company policy.
• Store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling, segregation, and safety.
• Maximize warehouse space utilization while adhering to the FIFO rule for stock inflow and outflow.
• Track stock levels, maintain accurate records, and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Comply with the Container Stuffing SOP.
• Stay up-to-date with export regulations and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

• A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant field.
• Over two (2) years of experience in export and/or warehousing or a related field.
• Knowledge of export regulations, including customs procedures and export controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Physical ability to manage warehousing operations as required.
• Age Requirement: 24 - 35 years old.
• Strong analytical and innovative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
