JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to work with a team to deliver seamless customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure increased customer loyalty to our brand, manage effective customer interactions, and analyze customer feedback. A background in customer relations and experience is essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
  • Lead the development of new solutions to meet changing customer expectations.
  • Manage a team of Customer Experience Officers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Ensure customers are informed about other products offered by the company.
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern raised by customers.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

THE PERSON MUST:

  • Have proven experience working as a Customer Relationship Manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Have good managerial and organizational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate business acumen.
  • Have great analytical skills for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Have an interest in the company’s growth and self-development.
