JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage solar sales operations across West Africa.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the renewable energy sector.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Drive business growth and meet sales targets across the region.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure continuous revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure product alignment and project execution.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to share with senior management.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with team leadership experience.
- Proven track record in solar energy or renewable energy sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel across West Africa as needed.
SALARY
N300,000/month.
