JOB AIMS

1. To contribute to the profitability of the business by sustaining and growing the Sales & Marketing portfolio by ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth and cost-leadership. 
2. To identify, build and maintain strategic relationships that will ensure the continued growth and profitability of the Sales & Marketing business and contribute to strengthening the organization’s brand

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Defines marketing objectives, set performance targets and monitor achievements against set target 
2. He/She will ensure massive sales of the institute's training programmes 
3. Ensures consistent growth in sales revenue and profitability of the organization through positive planning 
4. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings 
5. Carries out business development activities and manages existing relationships to grow the sales portfolio 
6. Puts in place measures to effectively track and address customer feedback and complaints 
7. Analyses performance reports and reports trends in profitability and pricing

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Minimum of B.Sc or HND in related course 
2. Minimum of 1 year working experience 
3. Excellent writing and presentation skills 
4. Ability to use computer (excel, word, power point). 

Functional Skills:

1. Strong marketing skills, preferably in the educational sector 
2. Business development related to new solutions and partnerships 
3. Behavioral competencies / leadership and managerial abilities: 
4. Business sense and strategic thinking approach 
5. Excellent communication / presentation skills
