We are recruiting to fill the position Corporate Finance Manager





JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Optimise the Group’s capital structure, assist in capital raising activities including valuation modelling, terms & document negotiation, due diligence and execution/closing of transaction.
2. Provide financial analysis and structuring advice regarding Group-wide operations and provide inputs into the long term financial strategies, budgeting process and strategic capital allocation.
3. Manage credit rating process and advise management on key performance metrics.
4. Assess and predict financial risks and returns
5. Conduct research and identify opportunities considering the Group’s financial objectives.
6. Lead or work as part of core team for cross-functional institutional projects.
7. Liaise with banks, funding institutions, credit rating agencies, accounting firms, financial and legal advisors, accounting firms, etc.

Person Specification (The person must:)

1. Possess excellent Financial Modelling skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Have strong presentation skills.
4. Be resourceful, a self starter and willing to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. 5 ‘O’ level credits including Mathematics and English in not more than 2 sittings.
2. First Degree
3. Professional certification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Minimum Experience:

1. 5+ years in the corporate finance function of a reputable organization.
2. Experience with equity, hybrid or debt investments either at a Corporation, Investment Bank, Accounting or Investor Relations firm will be an added advantage.
