Sales Force Consulting – Our client, the biggest Shopping Centre in Anambra State located at Nnewi, is urgently in need of the service of Facility Manager.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
His job functions include:

1. Ensure that all contacts (tenants, customers and prospects) with the company experience world class service delivery and excellent relationships that will lead to their being the company’s advocates.
2. Use all positive social media platforms to advertise the company’s activities.
3. Oversee the entire administrative functions of the mall.
4. Supervise subordinates efficiently to ensure effective and professional administration of the complex.
5. Plan out a sustained marketing strategy that will facilitate awareness creation and exponential sale of shops and offices.
6. Ensure the success of all activities engaged by the company by coordinating the resources and materials required for such.
7. Effectively handle all enquiries relating to sale, rent or lease of shops or warehouses ensuring articulate and effective communication in line with agreed information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Candidate should ideally be a graduate of Estate Management, Civil Engineering or any related course.
2. He must have a minimum of seven years work experience in the management a known facility or an estate.
