We at EBS Ltd a technology solutions company in Ikoyi Lagos, currently require the services of an experienced Property Maintenance Personnel for immediately employment.




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General Maintenance of Property and Management
2. Supervise Caretaking staff
3. Source and Engage contracted vendors on Clients request and ensure repairs and maintenance is executed successfully from start to finish
4. Operating machinery for their duties
5. Communicating with client on daily basis as required
6. Ensure safety and oversees cleanliness of client’s property
7. As other task may apply

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Experience in Electrical and Plumbing Work
2. Standard Work Practices
3. Minimum Educational Qualification of High School Diploma
4. Minimum of 1 year working Experience
