We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of  CEM System Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Responsible for System routine maintenance and software lifecycle audit
2. Ensures smooth integration of new systems and protocols
3. Assist in planning and designing databases for customer experience management.
4. Ensure that installed platforms functionalities are optimal and maintained periodically.
5. Create scripts that will automate platform operational efficiency.
6. Ensure platform availability by ensuring Geo redundant solutions are deployed.
7. Transfer knowledge and skills on new database
8. Provide a wide variety pf administrative support services to the department and also support the other database structures and data.
9. Maintain records of MoP and research results, using standard back up procedures.
10. Work on the database/code management review and documentation.
11. Uphold all customer information security and enforce all the non-disclosure agreements.
12. Deliver Quality, accurate and timely reports
13. Prompt and accurate escalation of faults
14. Availability of system performance statistics
15. Ensure closure of assigned faults
16. Value created from customer engagement & Operations
17. Value from positive customer experience index/NPS
18. Work with IS teams, IP security, system vendors and NID to ensure system configuration of hardware/software is performed, capacity managed efficiently and system available.

 REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
Job Condition:

1. Normal MTNN working conditions
2. May be required to work extended hours

Experience and Training:

1. First Degree in Electrical & Electronics, or related fields.
2. 3 – 7 years of experience in telecommunication environment
3. Experience in system administration and Windows and UNIX operating systems
4. Experience in Oracle and Sybase database
5. Good understanding of SQL and scripting
6. Good knowledge of network technologies across verticals.
7. Capable of leading process analysis and providing objective feedback on areas of improvement Training:
8. 10G Oracle database training
9. Node manager training e.g OSS, INM, u2000 administration
10. RAN, Core CS &PS domain
11. Power BI and data analysis
12. Normal MTNN working conditions
13. May be required to work extended hours


Minimum Qualification
BEd, BTech, BSc, BEng or HND.
