We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of Security Manager – Niger Mills



JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Enforce company’s security rules and policies.
2. Detect crime and conduct internal investigation.
3. Manage security systems and operatives.
4. Represent the Company in criminal and police matters.
5. Ensure and comply with QMS and FSMS rules.
6. Manage Vehicular traffic within and around the plant.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
Qualifications:

1. First Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or related discipline
2. 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics and English in not more than 2 sittings.
3. Training certificate in Security Operations.
4. Membership of any Law Enforcement Agency will be an added advantage.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience
2. Police/Civil Defense training will be an added advantage.

The Person must:

1. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
2. Possess effective communication skills.
3. Maintain clean criminal record and demonstrate integrity.
4. Possess good mediation skills.
5. Be computer literate.
6. Have excellent report writing skills.
