Libra Motors Limited is currently recruiting for the post of Senior Accountant.






JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts and reports
2. Compile and present reports, budgets, business plans and financial statements
3. Analyze accounts and business plans
4. Payroll processing and administration
5. Monitor and control staff accounts
6. Liaise with external Auditors for prompt statutory audits.
7. Process Form M and other import related functions
8. Liaise with Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) and other statutory agencies.
9. Project Costing and Financial forecasting
10. Record office expenditures and ensure the expenses are within the set budget
11. Prepare payment and filling of tax returns

REQUIREMENT FOR THIS JOB

1. Strong analysis and financial modelling skills with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools 5-8 years of experience, preferably in the Power industry
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
3. Good presentation skills with knowledge of PowerPoint and other presentation tools
4. Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, etc.
5. Must be based in LAGOS
6. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
7. ICAN/ACCA Membership is an added advantage
