6. Working as a member of a dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for any network and server related issues.
7. You will be required to configure and install network devices and
8. servers. Troubleshoot faults on the critical devices and solve technical
9. problems, either through remote or physical intervention. A strong
10. customer focus and a “can do” attitude is desirable and excellent
11. communication skills are essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Setting up of new servers including RAID configuration and Windows
2. Server OS installation. Deployment of Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and
3. 2019 operating systems
4. Configuration and deployment of Cisco Routers and Switches.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft System Configuration Centre Manager (SCCM)
6. Virtual machine management using Microsoft Hyper-V
7. Responsible for incremental and full Backup and recovery of critical data using Veritas Backup Exec.
8. Active Directory management; group policy creation and assignment; Microsoft Exchange management.
9. Maintaining a scalable and reliable SAN storage network.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. University Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology
2. or related discipline with at least a Second-Class Upper Division.
3. Relevant Microsoft and Cisco or equivalent professional qualification desirable
4. At least 2 years relevant IT experience.
5. Broad knowledge of current IT development and integration technologies and best practice.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
