JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment, administration, and employee relations.
- Oversee staff compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.
- Assess and contribute to job descriptions with task-specific additions.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and workplace safety.
- Organize and manage personnel records, staff onboarding, and employment documentation.
- Ensure legal compliance and follow-up on insurance and claims.
- Prepare payroll data with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Manage disciplinary actions, company culture, and staff productivity.
- Develop workplace policies, job descriptions, and benefits packages.
- Update databases, provide reports, and manage communication procedures.
- Support sales team by assisting with customer appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate staff files and records.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
- Bachelor’s degree with HR certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proximity to Surulere is preferred.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, FMCG, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with HR software is essential.
