Saro Agro-Allied is seeking experienced Warehousing Officers to manage and optimize warehouse operations across multiple locations. The role involves ensuring efficient product delivery, minimal wastage, and adherence to best practices in warehousing.

JOB PURPOSE
The Warehousing Officer will oversee the delivery of products, ensuring efficient operations and zero wastage. Responsibilities include tracking and documenting goods, managing inventory, and proposing process improvements.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor offloading times and ensure proper documentation of goods receipt.
• Adhere to stacking guidelines and FIFO principles for stock issuance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform periodic stock counts, and manage warehouse space.
• Enforce loading and offloading guidelines, resolve issues with partners, and ensure compliance with HSE practices.
• Manage third-party trucks, handle outbound documentation, and ensure timely truck loading.
• Provide updates on shipments, investigate shortages/damages, and ensure zero stock damages.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Experience in commodity seed management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, and Word.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (minimum of second-class upper).
• 3-6 years of warehousing experience.
• Age Requirement: 24 – 30 Years.
