Herbal Goodness, a premium manufacturer of organic superfoods and herbal
products, is seeking an ACCOUNT & FINANCIAL ANALYST ASSOCIATE II to
join their remote team. The ideal candidate will have a solid
accounting background combined with data analysis expertise. This role
is crucial for producing meaningful reports to support executive
decision-making and drive business growth. The successful applicant will
leverage analytical skills to manage large datasets, create insightful
dashboards, and provide comprehensive financial and business analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis Skills: Utilize analytical skills to dissect large datasets, uncover trends, and provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop custom dashboards in Google Sheets and Excel to present KPIs and actionable insights.
- Data Integration: Ensure accuracy and completeness by integrating data from various sources to produce comprehensive reports.
- Metric Design: Design, implement, and maintain business metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and provide growth recommendations.
- Financial Modeling: Build financial models, perform scenario analysis, and provide data analytics to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist other teams with reporting and accountability as required.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses for finance and marketing teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze financial and business data for strategic decision-making related to the E-Commerce platform.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Over 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related analytical field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong skills in data manipulation and spreadsheet formulas.
- Ability to critically analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience with E-commerce is beneficial.
- Leadership experience with proven ability to manage a small team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, working laptop, and the ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (9 am - 5 pm CST).
