DESCRIPTION:
Our client currently requires the services of a supervisor with previous experience in managing service apartments. The selected individual will oversee the activities of other employees and ensure the smooth running of the apartments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the workflow of employees, create team schedules, and delegate tasks.
- Assess employee work performance and identify areas needing improvement.
- Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
- Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand their roles.
- Set goals for workers and ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision.
- Recommend new employees to the HR team based on performance assessments.
- Ensure all plumbing fittings are operational.
- Ensure all electrical fittings are functional.
- Ensure Internet and DSTV connections are functional.
- Report performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management.
