JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking dynamic Insurance Sales Managers to oversee policy sales, manage sales processes, and coordinate marketing strategies. This role involves leading a team, setting sales objectives, providing sales strategies, and staying updated on industry developments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about motivating and supporting the team, while driving results and contributing to the company’s growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set and achieve sales objectives and targets.
• Manage market sourcing and customer relationships.
• Oversee the team’s marketing scope and strategy.
• Supervise advertising efforts and product presentations.
• Provide feedback and develop marketing plans.
• Train the team on products and services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in insurance and banking sectors.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven and result-oriented.

REMUNERATION
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly, plus allowance and override.
