The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving business growth, managing budgets, and ensuring top-tier customer service. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in the financial sector and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of branch management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and address any issues promptly.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a financial institution, preferably in a branch setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and achieve sales growth targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
