KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and address any issues promptly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a financial institution, preferably in a branch setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and achieve sales growth targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
