JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand graphics for various media, including social media, websites, advertisements, product packaging, and print materials.
• Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand materials for team access and use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into effective designs.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and efficiently incorporating feedback.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up with industry trends, design tools, and software updates to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Availability for immediate resumption.
