KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain organized and accurate records of tax filings, ensuring compliance with VAT, LIRS, WHT, and other tax requirements.
• Assist the Taxation Manager with documentation for audit reviews and provide timely responses to audit inquiries.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closings, focusing on tax-related matters.
• Collaborate with the internal finance team to clarify tax and compliance procedures.
• Conduct ERP reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial and tax records.
• Support additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned by the reporting manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and tax software.
